The CannaBiz WordPress theme has been updated to version 2.3.

Version 2.3 helps solidify the CannaBiz theme’s #1 spot when you’re looking for a marijuana WordPress theme, and I’m happy to release it to you today.

Let’s take a look at what’s new!

Shelf type & Strain type archives

Included in the v2.3 release are two new taxonomy- files to give the shelf type and strain type archive pages their own custom layout.

There’s also updates to the CSS so these new taxonomy archives match the other archive pages already included.

Please note: if you are using the eCommerce add-on, it adds it’s own custom archive styles for shelf and strain types.

CSS style updates

The updates included for the eCommerce add-on, multiple WooCommerce style updates and various general theme style updates.

The WooCommerce specific CSS updates include the coupons on the cart page, error notices and shipping method, plus an update to the related product’s price display.

For our eCommerce add-on, this update adds Customizer link colors for the Account page to help it match the colors you chose for your branding style.

Version 2.3 of the CannaBiz theme also includes style updates for the mobile header, CSS breakpoints for the main content and sidebar containers as well as style adjustments for the comments section of your blog posts.

Additional updates

This release also includes a lot of code clean up and WordPress Coding Standards updates, as well as text string updates for localization.

Version 2.3 of the CannaBiz WordPress theme also includes code updates that remove various notices when using WP_DEBUG.

Also included in this release is an update that hides the Leafly, Massroots and Weedmaps URL’s in the Customizer’s Social tab if neither the WP Dispensary plugin or the Dispensary Details for WooCommerce plugin are active.
