Update: Since releasing version 1.5, we’ve put out two quick updates to fix a couple errors in dashboards, so make sure you’ve got the most recent version installed.
Get ready to have improvements to both widgets and shortcodes, making the WP Dispensary theme even more versatile and polished.
This update comes just under two weeks since the previous release, increasing the speed of new version releases, and setting a standard moving forward.

New options for shortcode output control
We’ve added in more options to shortcodes which will let you have more control over what is displayed in your menu.
Below are the new default shortcode options for each menu type.
Flowers shortcode options

Updated widget display option
In this update, we’ve added an option to randomize menu item output in widgets.
Now you don’t have to show only the most recent menu items in a widgetized area, but you can let your website randomize the display.
When you add a widget, you’ll now see a checkbox that you can select if you want to randomize the output of menu items.
Download WP Dispensary Version 1.5
You should get the plugin update notification in your WordPress dashboard, but if for any reason it doesn’t show up, you can download WP Dispensary via the official WordPress plugin repository.
If you don’t have the plugin installed yet, you can also download it directly from your WordPress dashboard by going to Plugins - Add New and searching for WP Dispensary.
